CEBC Topic Experts

One Topic Expert is chosen for each Topic Area that appears on the CEBC website.

Role of the Topic Experts:

  • Assist the CEBC team in identifying programs and practices that have known evidence in their area of expertise, or programs that are commonly used in California with or without evidence.
  • Rate each program that has sufficient research evidence on both the Scientific Rating and Relevance to Child Welfare Scales.

Click a topic area below to obtain information about the Topic Expert for that area. The year the topic was initially reviewed and posted is listed next to its title and that is the year the topic expert provided assistance. Additional programs have been added in many topic areas after that date. A more recent review of the research has been conducted on any program that has been on the website for more than 2 years. The date the program was last reviewed (and originally reviewed, if applicable) can be found on the bottom of the page in their program entry.
