2024 Open Submission
The CEBC is currently accepting the submission of programs and measurement tools for review. The CEBC will only accept submissions made by 11:59PM PT on November 15, 2024.
Program or tool information must be submitted directly by the developer or a representative appointed by the program developer or administrator. If you are not affiliated with the program or tool, please contact the program directly and provide them with the link to this website so that they can submit their program or tool.
Due to the high demand for programs to be added to the CEBC Programs Registry, the CEBC will likely only review programs that have at least one randomized controlled trial conducted on the outcomes of the program that has been published in a peer-reviewed journal (acceptance of the paper by the journal is allowed, with proof of acceptance/in press status). The program must also fit clearly into one of the CEBC topic areas to be included on the website. Please review the complete topic area definition clearly to see if your program fits into a particular topic area. All required information must be completed by the deadline for a program to be considered. This will include all of the following:
- Completing the entire program questionnaire
- Submitting copies of all published, peer-reviewed research articles that are cited in the relevant research section of the questionnaire
- We will only review programs in which electronic copies of all articles are submitted. Please do not refer to a bibliography on a website.
If your program is already on the CEBC website and you are interested in having it reviewed for another topic area, please follow the same process as submitting a new program.
Please note that submission of the program or tool and all necessary materials to the CEBC for review does not guarantee it will be added. Final decision on whether to add any program or tool is made by CEBC staff.
Measurement Tools have different criteria but likely must be able to be rated an A or B on the Measurement Tool Rating Scale to be added to the CEBC.
