Lisa Conradi, PsyD
Lisa Conradi, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist and nationally recognized leader in trauma-informed care, systems change, and evidence-based practice implementation. She is the former Executive Director of the Chadwick Center for Children and Families at Rady Children’s Hospital–San Diego, one of the nation’s earliest and largest children’s advocacy centers, where she oversaw comprehensive prevention, intervention, training, and technical assistance programs, including one of the largest trauma treatment centers in the country. Dr. Conradi is the President and Founder of Lisa Conradi, LLC, where she provides consultation, training, and leadership development to organizations seeking to build trauma-responsive, resilient, and sustainable systems. She has extensive experience leading the implementation and scale-up of trauma-focused, evidence-based practices for children, adolescents, and families, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). Her work bridges clinical expertise with organizational and systems-level change across child welfare, behavioral health, healthcare, and allied systems. Dr. Conradi has authored and co-authored numerous publications focused on trauma screening, assessment, and implementation, including the book, Trauma-Informed Assessment with Children and Adolescents: Strategies to Support Clinicians. She has led the development of practical resources to support trauma-informed systems and regularly presents nationally on evidence-based and innovative practices designed to improve outcomes for children and families impacted by trauma. She is based in San Diego, California.
