New Topic Areas Added to CEBC
The CEBC launched the Pregnant and Parenting Teen Services topic area and Sexual and Reproductive Health Programs (Youth/Young Adults) topic area in May 2026 to replace the Teen Pregnancy Services topic area originally launched in 2013.
The Pregnant and Parenting Teen Services topic area consists of 4 new* programs and 6 programs that were formerly listed in the old topic area:
- Adolescent Parenting Program (APP) – rated a “3 – Promising Research Evidence”
- AIM 4 Teen Moms (AIM4TM)* – Not able to be Rated
- Computer-Assisted Motivational Intervention (CAMI) – rated a “3 – Promising Research Evidence”
- The Family Growth Center (FGC) – rated a “3 – Promising Research Evidence”
- Love Notes 4.0 – Not able to be Rated
- Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) – rated a “1 – Well-Supported Research Evidence”
- Nurturing Parenting Program: Nurturing Skills for Teen Parents* – Not able to be Rated
- Teen Options to Prevent Pregnancy (TOPP)* – rated a “3 – Promising Research Evidence”
- Teen Parenting Service Network (TPSN) – Not able to be Rated
- Young Parenthood Program (YPP)* – rated a “3 – Promising Research Evidence”
The Sexual and Reproductive Health Programs (Youth/Young Adults) topic area currently consists of 6 programs that were formerly listed in the Teen Pregnancy Services topic area:
- The Children’s Aid Society Carrera Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program (CAS-Carrera) – rated a “3 – Promising Research Evidence”
- Love Notes 4.0 – rated a “2 – Supported Research Evidence”
- Making Proud Choices! – rated a “2 – Supported Research Evidence”
- Reducing the Risk (RTR) – rated a “1 – Well-Supported Research Evidence”
- Safer Sex Intervention (SSI) – rated a “3 – Promising Research Evidence”
- Wyman’s Teen Outreach Program® (TOP®) – rated a “2 – Supported Research Evidence”
Additional programs will be added to the Sexual and Reproductive Health Programs (Youth/Young Adults) topic area in the coming months.

The Treatment Outcome Package (TOP) – Adolescent – now rated an “A – Psychometrics Well-Demonstrated” – updated April 2026
Trauma & Post-Trauma Well-Being Tool (T/WB) – now rated an “A – Psychometrics Well-Demonstrated” – updated April 2026
