2026 Open Submission

The CEBC is currently accepting the submission of programs and measurement tools for review. The CEBC will only accept submissions made by 11:59PM PT on November 20, 2026.

Program or tool information must be submitted directly by the developer, or a representative authorized by the program developer or administrator. If you are not affiliated with the program or tool, please contact the program directly and provide them with the link to this website so that they can submit their program or tool.

Thank you for your interest in having your program or measurement tool added to an existing topic area on the CEBC website.

Due to the large number of applications received during Open Submission, the CEBC prioritizes reviewing eligible programs that meet at least one of the following criteria:

• At least one controlled study on the outcomes of the program has been published in a peer-reviewed journal (In Press articles are allowed, when accompanied by documentation from the journal)
• Meet definition requirements for a topic area that currently has few rated programs
• Program designed for children or families involved with the child welfare system

All required information must be completed by the deadline for a program to be considered. This will include all of the following:
• Completing the entire program questionnaire
• Submitting PDF copies of all published, peer-reviewed research articles that are cited in the relevant research section of the questionnaire

We will only review programs in which electronic copies of all articles are submitted. Please do not refer to a bibliography on a website.

Please note that submission of the program or toll and all necessary materials to the CEBC for review does not guarantee the program will be added. Final decision on whether to add any program is made by CEBC staff.
Measurement Tools have different criteria but likely must be able to be rated an A or B on the Measurement Tool Rating Scale to be added to the CEBC.
