Program Delivery Option: Community-based Agency / Organization / Provider

Staff and volunteers of schools and other youth-serving organizations, parents/caregivers, and concerned adults

Youth serving organizations with professionals, paraprofessionals, and all others who work in settings where adults and children and/or adolescents interact including higher education, primary education, early childhood care, child abuse prevention, child welfare including foster and residential care, youth-serving organizations, and faith-based centers

Disadvantaged families with mothers with children eighteen months old and younger; families can include teenage parents, parents with mental health problems, those with child protection and/or substance abuse issues, or those experiencing poverty

Groups of caregivers (parents, foster/adoptive parents, and early learning providers) of infants, toddlers, and children younger than 6 years old; can be used universally or in targeted fashion through serving high-risk populations such as Early Head Start participants, teen moms, or parents with irritable babies

Families who had been reported to the child welfare system for child maltreatment including physical and emotional maltreatment in addition to child neglect; may be used as a court-ordered parenting program

Universal populations (all children) including those with more serious behavior problems and/or cognitive challenges

Parents of families who have been reported to the child welfare system for child maltreatment including physical and emotional maltreatment in addition to child neglect; may be used as a court-ordered parenting program

Individuals with a background in working with families including, but not limited to, attorneys, social workers, nurses, health care professionals, public health professionals, school system workers, case workers, case managers, Developmental Disabilities (DD) system workers, and early intervention workers

Families headed by parents with intellectual and/or functional limitations

Infants and toddlers up to age 3 coming under court jurisdiction and their families; and professionals engaged in disciplines touching the lives of maltreated infants and toddlers
