Young adults between the ages 17 and 22 who are leaving the foster care, juvenile justice, and/or mental health systems
Families with at least one child under 6 years of age who are in the child welfare system and have a parent whose substance use is determined to be a primary child safety risk factor
Infants and toddlers up to age 3 coming under court jurisdiction and their families; and professionals engaged in disciplines touching the lives of maltreated infants and toddlers
Families with members at risk of placement in or requiring intensive services to transition back from treatment facilities, foster care, group or residential treatment, psychiatric hospitalization, or juvenile justice facilities
For parents and caregivers of children from birth to age 16
Judges in the dependency court system where there may be high placement rates into foster care and disparate treatment of children of color
Caregivers of children birth to five years
Children 9-18 years of age that have been freed for adoption or with a plan for adoption with an emphasis on older youth waiting to be adopted; also appropriate for younger children with special needs, part of a sibling group, or with mental or physical challenges
Children and youth (birth through young adulthood), who have been disconnected from their families by virtue of placement outside of their home, community, and kinship network.
Preadolescent children (ages 9-11) who have current or previous child welfare involvement due to one or more adverse childhood experiences (ACEs)
