Rhonda Williams is a Research Associate for the California Evidence-Based Clearinghouse for Child Welfare (CEBC). In this role, she is responsible for conducting literature searches, writing research summaries for programs included on the CEBC website, and coordinating the scientific rating of these programs. Rhonda has worked on various grant-funded projects for Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego for over 20 years, and with the CEBC specifically for eight years. Rhonda has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology; two Master's of Arts, one in Human Behavior and the other in Counseling; and a PhD in Psychology with an emphasis on Cognitive Instruction.

Rhonda enjoys the challenge of finding new ways to help children and has experience working as an advocate for children in the foster care system. She also participates on the Chadwick Center's Diversity and Inclusion Committee, with the goal of aiding staff to become more culturally diverse and culturally competent. Outside of the office, Rhonda enjoys spending time traveling with her family and is always up for a new adventure.
