Any at-risk or young adult mother (under age 25 years) who is pregnant (ideally 28 weeks gestation or sooner) and/or has a child younger than 3 years old and lives in a Native American community; however, can be used with any pregnant woman and/or woman with a child younger than 3 years old, regardless of ethnicity/race
Caseworkers, caregivers of children 0-18 years old involved in child welfare, and their children who are mature/old enough to attend team meetings
Parents or caregivers of children ages 0-12 years with mild-moderate emotional and behavioral concerns
Parents or caregivers of children aged 0-12 years
Adolescents and young adults (12-26) with elevated depression symptoms, clinically diagnosed major depressive disorder, suicidal ideation and behaviors, dispositional anxiety, and family conflict; and their families
LGBTQ+ (Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Queer/Questioning plus others in this community) children/youth 5-17, their caregivers (resource parents, biological parents and biological or chosen families, etc.), and professionals and paraprofessionals who serve these children/youth
Youth in 6th grade
Children ages 3 to 10 who are experiencing social, emotional, behavioral, and relational problems
Adolescents 12-17 years old
Children and adolescents up to 17 years of age and their parent/caregivers and other family members who were referred to child welfare services for indicated or suspected child abuse or neglect.
