Program Delivery Option: Foster / Kinship Care

Youth and young adults aged 14-23 who are aging out of foster care and are at an increased risk of homelessness

Vulnerable adolescents aged 12-18 years, who can be identified as at risk of homelessness while still attending secondary schools, and their families

Children and adolescents age 12-18

Caregivers of young children ages 2 through 4 who have experienced early adversity or are demonstrating socioemotional or behavioral concerns

Prospective or current foster, kinship, or adoptive parents of children of any age; children can be from child welfare system, intercountry or private domestic adoption process

Children and adolescents ages (0-17) who have experienced early childhood trauma, such as abuse, neglect, or inconsistent caregiving and their families/caregivers

Youth & young adults ages 11-25

Children with a known trauma and trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation (T/CSE) history who are experiencing significant posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms, whether or not they meet full diagnostic criteria; depression, anxiety, and/or shame related to their traumatic exposure

Youth ages 10-14 years old
