Program Outcome: Child/Family Well-Being

Male and female adolescents in grades 6-12 who may come from disadvantaged circumstances

Children ages 3-10 who are experiencing social, emotional, behavioral and relational problems

Child care staff, clinical staff, and agency administrators working with 6- to 20-year-old children and youth living in foster, group, or residential care or attending specialized day treatment or day schools

Grandparent caregivers of children with developmental disabilities and delays

High school aged (13-19) adolescents with depression

Expectant mothers and fathers

Children ages 8- to 12-years old with anxiety or depression; can be modified for both younger and older children

Youth and young adults, ages 15-19, in foster care who are able to go into the community with their program coach, including youth with disabilities and/or mental health conditions

Youth and young adults in foster care, including youth with disabilities and/or mental health conditions, who are: 1) in their final year of high school or GED completion, 2) not opposed to the idea of participating in postsecondary education, and 3) permitted to go into the community with their Better Futures coach

Children (3-12) experiencing posttraumatic stress symptoms and their caregivers
