- Group curriculum with an ideal group size of 15 and a maximum of 25
- Emotional Intelligence Assessment which the facilitator has the participant fill out during the first class
- The Gaining Control of Ourselves workbook which the facilitator uses throughout the classes
- Ancillary training material which the facilitators use for visual learners
- Certification training for facilitators prior to them facilitating a series of classes
- Facilitator Guide for reference by the facilitator while teaching the curriculum
- 16 hours of continuing education yearly for facilitators
- Pre- and Posttest for each client
