Children at high-risk of conduct problems beginning at age 6-7 (1st grade) through age 15/16 (Grade 10)

Youth 9 through 18 years of age who have serious mental/behavioral health problems, have been identified by a qualified professional as a victim of commercial sexual exploitation or high risk of sexual exploitation, and are in the child welfare dependency system and their parent/caregiver
Sexually active female adolescents and young adults
Parents of children with an intellectual disability who display difficult behaviours
Parents in crisis and their children from birth to 18 years of age who are in need of safe place to temporarily live
High school students
Adolescents, young adults, and young parents (ages 14-24)
Kinship caregivers, such as grandparents, other relatives (aunts/uncles, older siblings, etc.), and “fictive kin,” who are raising children (from birth to age 18) because the children’s biological parents are unable to do so
