Parents and Caregivers of LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning, etc.) youth and young adults ages 0–24
Youth and young adults aged 14-23 who are aging out of foster care and are at an increased risk of homelessness
Youth at least 18 years old and not more than 24 years old who left foster care at age 16 or older or will leave foster care within 90 days, in accordance with a transition plan described in section 475(5)(H) of the Social Security Act; and are homeless or at risk of homelessness
Youth between the ages of 16-25 who have recently transitioned out of homelessness
Families for whom the lack of adequate housing is a primary factor in either the imminent placement of the family’s child or children in out-of-home care or the delay in the discharge of the child or children to the family from out-of-home care and Youth 18 to 24 years of age (who have not reached their 25th birthday) who left foster care – or will within 180 days – and are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless.
Parents and caregivers of children aged 0-25, particularly those involved in child welfare systems or who face social challenges
Adult direct care staff and supervisors serving trauma-impacted youth (ages 8-22) in residential, juvenile justice, and community-based settings
Adolescents and young adults managing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and mild to moderate symptoms of substance use, eating disorders, panic, phobias; and individuals managing multiple chronic conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, and pain; adults of any age with the same concerns
Youth and young adults 16-25 years (18-25 years in the United States); can be used by adults older than 25
Individuals 16 to 25 years of age; can be used by older adults as well
