Staff and volunteers of schools and other youth-serving organizations, parents/caregivers, and concerned adults
Groups of caregivers (parents, foster/adoptive parents, and early learning providers) of infants, toddlers, and children younger than 6 years old; can be used universally or in targeted fashion through serving high-risk populations such as Early Head Start participants, teen moms, or parents with irritable babies
Families with children/teens with disorders of attachment and trauma. Typically adopted and foster children, those who meet the DSM-V criteria for Reactive Attachment Disorder, and trauma-related diagnoses, and those who meet the clinical criteria for Complex Trauma (aka Developmental Trauma Disorder)
Children adopted from foster care or foreign orphanages or biological children who have failed to develop secure attachments
Primary Prevention use: Families with children aged 0-5 years. Secondary Prevention use: Families with children aged 0-5 years who have risk factors for child maltreatment such as parental depression or substance abuse
Individuals or organizations who work with parents with intellectual disabilities
Infants and toddlers up to age 3 coming under court jurisdiction and their families; and professionals engaged in disciplines touching the lives of maltreated infants and toddlers
Pregnant and/or parenting adolescents ages 18 and younger
3-6 year old children with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms
