Middle and high school students (12-18) with, or at-risk for, emotional and behavioral disorders transitioning from residential placements back into the home and community school settings and their caregivers
Foster parents, or potential foster parents, of children and youth age 0-21 years who have experienced complex trauma or neglect and may also have developmental disabilities and/or medically fragile conditions; the children and youth themselves, and the children's and youths' birth families
Children ages 4-14 who experience oppositional episodes and their parents
Children and adolescents (ages 3-21) with a variety of behavioral challenges, including both externalizing (e.g., aggression, defiance, tantrums) and internalizing (e.g., implosions, shutdowns, withdrawal) who may carry a variety of related psychiatric diagnoses, and their parents/caregivers, unless not age appropriate (e.g. young adult or transition age youth)
Parents or caregivers of children ages 0-12 years with mild-moderate emotional and behavioral concerns
All public and private child welfare staff (primarily caseworkers and supervisors)
Parents whose child(ren) are living in foster care and see them only during visits
