Children and adolescents up to 17 years of age and their parent/caregivers and other family members who were referred to child welfare services for indicated or suspected child abuse or neglect.
Parents of adolescents 12-14 years of age
Kinship caregivers (relatives and fictive kin) of children involved in child welfare systems (children aged 0 to 18), regardless of custody status or supervision orders
Caregiver and child age 1-10 years who has or is at high-risk of developing behavior problems or who is adjusting to a new home or family situation
Parents of children, ages 3-18, with either mental health disorders or intellectual disabilities
Children at high-risk of conduct problems beginning at age 6-7 (1st grade) through age 15/16 (Grade 10)
Youth 9 through 18 years of age who have serious mental/behavioral health problems, have been identified by a qualified professional as a victim of commercial sexual exploitation or high risk of sexual exploitation, and are in the child welfare dependency system and their parent/caregiver
Adolescents, young adults, and young parents (ages 14-24)
Kinship caregivers, such as grandparents, other relatives (aunts/uncles, older siblings, etc.), and "fictive kin," who are raising children (from birth to age 18) because the children's biological parents are unable to do so
Parents (biological, foster, or adoptive) who are raising children who have experienced significant trauma
